Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every purchase. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we offer worry-free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
Return Conditions
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unused, and returned with original packaging and tags.
- Custom-made items and clearance/final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- Email us at info@aiinspirestore.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll provide a return authorization and return address within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely, ship it back, and keep your proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility (except for defective items).
Defects & Wrong Items
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product was shipped, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
